Tracy Rokas has over 20 years of research experience in a variety of industries studying attitudes and behaviors that influence consumer experience and societal trends. She has a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and has served as faculty at Vanderbilt University and Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
Throughout her career, Tracy has specialized in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and has focused on delivering deeper insights that come from an understanding of overall trends in conjunction with patterns found in individual experience.
In her current role as director of customer research, she leads numerous studies that contribute to Jackson’s ongoing commitment to providing clarity in retirement planning.

Lisa Greenwald has worked in the financial services and insurance industry for her entire career. She has over 20 years of experience in financial services and research consulting.
Her work focuses on retirement, life, and annuities as well as workplace wellness and financial protection. Lisa conducts qualitative and quantitative research with B2B audiences–employers, brokers, advisors–and B2C audiences–employees, policyholders, women, and Millennials.
A long-time advocate of the convergence of health and wealth, Lisa leads well-established trend studies, including the Retirement Confidence Survey, with partner EBRI. As CEO at Greenwald, she spearheads the firm’s strategic planning, oversees operations and marketing strategy, and leads key research studies.

Since joining Jackson in 2008, Salih has enjoyed sharing his knowledge of financial products and industry trends with his financial professionals as they partner together in developing effective and customizable investment strategies for their clients. One of the most rewarding aspects of his job is in building deep and meaningful relationships with his financial professionals as he helps them identify new prospects and areas of growth.
During his tenure with Jackson, he has worked with financial professionals in the independent channel in various territories including Central and Southern California, and, most recently, Philadelphia, Delaware, Eastern Maryland, and New Jersey.
A graduate of the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech, Salih earned his degree in finance. He has also applied his expertise as an elected member of the Leaders Council, served as its Chairman, and earned the Wholesaler of the Year award multiple times. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations.
