Founder and CEO • Mindset Digital
To inform, you must first engage. That's even more true today—in an overwhelmed, hyper-distracted AI world. That's why Mindset Digital CEO Debra Jasper is so passionate about ensuring leaders break through with extreme clarity and impact. An international keynote speaker, Debra has delivered keynotes and in-depth training programs for more than 350,000 people––in Fortune 100 firms, healthcare networks and universities from Australia to Dubai. She and her Mindset Digital team also developed a five-point clarity formula that simplifies even the most complicated outreach—think Medicaid letters, carbon capture methods, financial data and compliance rules. It's powerful work because it makes such a big impact. For example, when you transform a complex Medicaid letter, a patient can get the surgery they need. When you help a CEO lead with clarity, you can change an entire company culture. Mindset Digital's mission is to make your work easier––by ensuring leaders and their teams:
Beyond her work as a keynote speaker and C-Suite advisor, Debra:
Before starting Mindset Digital, Debra led Ohio State's Kiplinger Program in the John Glenn College, where she launched the world's first social media fellowship for journalists—working with CNN, 60 Minutes, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and other top newsrooms. When she started her career, Debra worked as an award-winning journalist—whose investigative reports spurred new state and national laws and were nominated by her newsroom for two Pulitzer prizes.
She holds two degrees in journalism, as well as a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership from Ohio State, where she wrote her dissertation on the art of powerful storytelling.
